Taryn is a seasoned Exercise Physiologist with an impressive 15-year clinical experience in diverse settings. Taryn was born in Zimbabawe and lived in South Africa for 20 years and recently moved to Australia for a tree change.
Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in various environments, ranging from private practice and hospitals to working closely with professional sports teams and with elite athletes. Taryn's primary focus lies in orthopaedic injuries and strength and conditioning, an area where her knowledge and skills have brought remarkable results for her clients.
Her journey into specialising in women's health began with her own experience as a mother.

With years of experience running small businesses, Elise leads the administrative team and oversees the clinic’s daily operations. Her positive attitude, along with her attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, are strengths that are well appreciated within the practice.
Elise loves the professional environment that has been created by the multidisciplinary team in Therapies on Palla and looks forward to providing continued support and growth to each team member and their business.
Professionally, Elise is a remedial massage therapist with a Bachelor of Health & Rehabilitation. With 15 years experience in the industry, she treats all musculoskeletal conditions.

Wendy is like our mother hen of the practice. With a wealth of experience as a Medical Receptionist and a Pharmacy Technician (dispensary), Wendy brings her expertise and dedication to our team.
Her commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our clients is evident in every interaction.
Wendy enjoys working at Therapies on Palla due to the positive working environment and friendly staff and clients. She finds fulfilment in being part of the medical field, helping people and contributing to their wellbeing.
Outside work, you can find Wendy practising yoga, exploring nature on a bush walk, expressing her creativity through sewing projects or travelling.
Rowena Romeo

Rowena is our highly experienced administrative team member. She brings to our practice two decades of experience across diverse industries.
Rowena has worked in both private and public health sectors and demonstrates a broad understanding of the importance of patients’ concerns and will provide genuine care and compassion to all clientele. She assists the team with her multitasking attributes and works efficiently whilst prioritising tasks and works well under times of pressure.
Her cool, calm and collected nature is what makes her a true asset to our team.
Outside of work, you can find Rowena reading, cooking or travelling.
